Research Proposal: Redesign Booster Juice’s mobile app so users can order drinks online quickly and conveniently.
Problems: The Booster Juice app has a lot of errors in the previous version. Redesigning this app will solve these problems and allow users to view and purchase various drinks.
Solution: Provide users with an improved app that allows them to see available drinks before making a purchase.
Responsibilities: Design sprint analysis, User Research & Analysis, Brand Design, UI Design, and Prototyping.

listed ten pain points for users to understand their frustration and feelings when experiencing bad customer experiences.

Following the list of pain points, we included the solution and expanded more ideas for the redesigned app.

Analyzed my User Persona and Empathy Map to identify possible pain points and ways to resolve the main issue.
The User Persona and Empathy Map provide information about their goals, frustrations, and needs. My design decisions have been significantly affected by this process.
