Research Proposal: Redesign Booster Juice’s mobile app so users can order drinks online quickly and conveniently.

Problems: The Booster Juice app has a lot of errors in the previous version. Redesigning this app will solve these problems and allow users to view and purchase various drinks.

Solution: Provide users with an improved app that allows them to see available drinks before making a purchase.

Responsibilities: Design sprint analysis, User Research & Analysis, Brand Design, UI Design, and Prototyping.

The booster juice app has a lot of errors in the previous version. Redesigning this app that serves to solve the problem will allow users to view and purchase kinds of drinks like juices, smoothies, and slushies.

  • The solution to this problem, is to redesign a booster juice app so users can view/purchase all kinds of drinks in an easy-to-use manner.
  • In this app, users will be able to pay for their drinks online and pick up their drinks at the nearest branch.
  • - Design Questions:

  • What can I do to redesign an app so it’s easy for customers to purchase any drink?
  • Would it be possible to redesign the app so that it is easier to navigate to order drinks and locate them?

    Following the list of pain points, we included the solution and expanded more ideas for the redesigned app.

    Analyzed my User Persona and Empathy Map to identify possible pain points and ways to resolve the main issue.

    The User Persona and Empathy Map provide information about their goals, frustrations, and needs. My design decisions have been significantly affected by this process.

  • Today’s fast food fast-paced environment makes it difficult for customers to get their drinks on time.
  • Inefficient queues and poor customer service make it difficult for some people to reach their drink product.
  • The idea is to develop an app that allows customers to purchase a drink and pick it up at their nearest branch.
  • Furthermore, to make the user experience easier for customers.
  • Specifically, it contains the default colour schemes and colour combinations of the style tile .
